It is a relaxing spot, far from the city’s commotion, in the midst of the National Park. Our room was very cozy and it was a pleasure looking out onto the greenery. the staff is very friendly and the hotel facilities such as pool, sauna and leisure activities are great perks.

The beds were not very comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel close to the beautiful Harz mountain range. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch, and I appreciated the great effort put in by the staff to keep it clean and neat. Transportation and parking were easily accessible. The hotel location close to the National Park made it perfect for nature lovers like me. The breakfast served at the hotel was wholesome, and the staff was friendly and polite.

the garage (parking), the sealing is very low and if you open the trunk, in certain areas, you can damage the car. There are no warning signs.

We enjoyed our romantic escape to this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled among the mountains. The cleanliness of the property was a standout feature, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. The breakfast selection was varied and included fresh fruit and pastries.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. The bed was uncomfortable and lacked proper support. Furthermore, the staff were not as attentive as we hoped, with a lack of attentiveness shown during our interactions. Additionally, the spa facilities could have been better maintained.

A well located hotel on the edge of the attractive small town of Braunlage. The hotel sits beneath the Wurmberg mountain (1000m) and there are lovely walks starting from the hotel. The hotel facilities including a good restaurant are extensive and of generally good quality.

Our only concerns were the thin towels and lack of drying facilities for the towels in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location on the outskirts of town provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The surrounding nature offered plenty of walking and hiking opportunities just a minute's walk away. We were impressed with the wide variety and high quality of the buffet-style dinner and breakfast, including unique dishes like "milch Reis mit Simt und Zucker." The staff was extremely friendly and competent, ensuring that the food was regularly checked and restocked. Additionally, the comfortable beds and pillows ensured a restful night's sleep, and the lovely room with a balcony overlooking the river added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Our romantic escape was simply amazing! the room was cozy and comfortable, with great views of the forest, and had a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. the location was perfect, with numerous walking trails starting right from the door. We loved the spa and pool, which were clean, quiet and relaxing. the restaurant offered an excellent choice of food, with options for every taste.

The coffee and tea facilities in the room were missing, which was a bit of a disappointment for us. the bathroom was quite old-fashioned and could use a makeover.
